To ensure quick and efficient installation, FOX Clamps uses Unistrut mounting materials. We supply various mounting profiles, such as: P1000; P1000T; P3300; P3300T. The Unistrut mounting rails are available in 3 different finishes: galvanised steel, hot-dip galvanised steel (HDG, Deltatone) and stainless steel.
The standard lengths of the Unistrut mounting profiles are 3 and 6 metres. Fox Clamps also offers the option to supply the profiles in custom lengths. This takes work off your hands, leading to time savings and efficient installation.
In addition to the Unistrut mounting profiles, we also offer mounting hardware in our product range. Products in this category include various models of base plates, angle brackets, special fittings and beam clamps (girder clamps).

These mounting racks can be delivered to your specifications. This ensures you always have the right-sized components on site. The base material is galvanised steel. If desired, we can also supply hot-dip galvanised or stainless steel.
A Unistrut mounting rack consists of various components, including:
custom-sized mounting rail (with slotted holes), expansion bolt set, QB41 base plate, cable clamp set, Uni-Lock sliding nut, cable block set and QFA mounting bracket.
To serve you optimally, Fox Clamps offers the option to assemble a custom Channelset. These Channelsets can be delivered to size, so you always have the right components on site. The base material is galvanized steel. If desired, we can also supply thermally galvanized or stainless steel.
A Channelset consists of various components, including: mounting rail Unistrut P1000T (available from 200 to 2000 mm, longer lengths on request), cable clamp set, cable block set, grounding clamp (optional), and the required fastening materials, such as threaded rods, Kwikstrut sliding nuts, nuts, and washers.
