Assembly of the set

With a complete Unistrut mounting rack set from Fox Clamps, you’ll always have the right parts on site, perfectly tailored to your project. This ensures quick and efficient quotation, procurement and installation.

The assembly racks can be custom-built and supplied to order. This ensures you always have the right size components. The base material is galvanised steel. If required, we can also supply hot-dip galvanised or stainless steel.

The set consists of:

1. Mounting rail, Unistrut P1000T;
   – Rungs: 500, 1000 or 1500 mm*
   – Uprights: 1000, 1250, 1500, 1750 or 2000 mm*
2. Base plate (Kwikstrut)
3. Uni Lock sliding bolt (Kwikstrut)
4. Mounting bracket, 90º (Kwikstrut)
5. Set of hammer-in plugs
6. Cable clamp set, customisable
7. Cable block set, customisable
